Short Term Rental Services
We Offer Full property management services for the commission of 25% of all collected rental fees. Cleaning services for each booking are $20 per hour with a minimum of two hours. General maintenance and landscaping services are available for $25 per hour with a minimum of one hour.

Long Term Rental Services
A finder's fee of 50% of first month's rent is collected then a 15% commission for every subsequent month rented. Periodic cleaning and maintenance services are available upon request for an additional charge.
